Life is playing games nowadays. When I thought I have finished all my responsibilities except for marriage of my younger son and now I will enjoy my life, my retired life, what came as a blow was my husband's illness, he was detected with worms in brain which may impact his health in other ways to a large extent but with a satisfaction that these worms will die after their life span is over.
But then a new problem, my son started cribbing he cannot cope up with the misbehavior and politics in office so he would not continue the job and he left it without one having in hand. Went into deep depression but somehow could, with his own efforts, came out of it. Tried to do this or that for business with no success. Lost all confidence in him all faith in us as we were worried for his future. We had been telling or asking some or the other thing to him.  Now he has left the home and shifted out to other place saying that we don't let him do his work, we shout on him every now and then. Now he says he won't come back in any case means if he will succeed in his business and earns sufficient or he fails and has nothing left with him. He asks me to be sorry as many times as he says, then only he will come back home with the condition that we won't say him a word.
I do not know what to do. I can not lose my son but the other side is also grim. What do I do. Jesus please help me. May my son succeed in his business and wisdom prevail upon him. At this last leg of my life things have become difficult as besides this my husband has now been told he has multiple blood clots in his brain which may lead to problems to any extent. May God bless my son with success in life and wisdom and may clots in brain of my husband diminish.

Issues between a state govt. and the centre govt.

The issue of centre and State had always been there but the present issue between Govt. of Delhi and the centre is somewhat different.  Delhi, on one hand is a state but not a full fledged,  on the other it is capital of the country and thus in a number of matters it does not have power.  And that is the problem.  Whosoever comes after contesting an election gives some commitments to the public.  May be some of the commitments would have been given just to win the votes but not all.  Some issues would definitely be there which the elected government would like to resolve.  It may have serious intentions to go by its commitments but the power game or fight between the two may not allow them to fulfill the commitments.  Certainly there are constitutional provisions, which need to be followed. But the tussle between the two takes the top place and the commitments to the people and thus the expectations of the people stand nowhere.

What does then happen?  People, guided by media or the other agents causing the opinion formation, get confused as to whom to trust and whom not to as both of them blame each other.  While on the one hand people agree on certain points of the tussle but on the other they regret why did they brought the certain party to power.  Or whom should they elect and bring to power.  They have nothing to do with who does the power have, they just want that the problems they have must be solved, the commitments made to them may be fulfilled.

If a party in the state wants to do something that is good for people, the others pull them back with the support of the power block, and the result is that commitment made to people remain
commitments only and never translated into reality.   In its effort to get the credit or if I say in other words, in its effort not to allow the other party to have the credit, none of the party thinks of public.  Each in the power wants the power and the credit only.  Nothing else.

It has actually become tug of war. Lets see who wins.

Today I read about a news regarding a 90-year-old woman Stella Gillard in the UK who proved that age is no bar after she skydived from a height of 15,000 feet. She confessed that she was not worried ahead of the jump.  She dared to do this to raise money for cancer charity.  Ms Gillard's feat has raised over 1,580 pounds for World Cancer Research. The brave pensioner undertook the jump in memory of her daughter Kathy who died of pancreatic cancer in 2012.  She told that the fall before the parachute opened was a little nerve-racking just because it was so fast but as soon as the parachute opened "it was beautiful." "I just floated down like a bird watching all the wonderful views as I went," she said.

When I read this news I was amazed not over her feat but for courage but for her thinking. In fact it proves that nothing is impossible at any age.  This is just your will and determination which makes you courageous or coward.

I salute these people who not only live their own life but also inspire others.

Human mind and emotions

This blog is just about human mind and emotions. Both the two are just human psyche but are most complicated. A person can feel and think at the same time and both can contradict each other. Emotions, on the one hand, are governed by heart but the thoughts, on the other, are governed by the mind. Emotions are tender, soft, pleasing, leading you to the top of the world but they may not be practical, they may not be acceptable but they may be making your life a bit easy and comfortable. On the other hand, mind or the brain tells you the right or wrong, weighs the pros and cons of the things, but though that may put a heavy load on your mind, that would lead you to the righteous path. But it is not necessary that one can strike a balance between the two at all the times. And here come the complications of the life. This is what this blog is all about.
